We provide advising and coaching to leaders, managers, individual contributors, board members, and others on the most common issues facing organizations today. This could include leading effective teams, change management, fundraising campaigns, or other organizational topics where you could benefit from advice, accompaniment, and/or targeted expertise. We offer one-time sessions or an on-going relationship.

We firmly believe that how you do the work is the work. This means we love designing the intentional, inclusive processes necessary for turning great ideas into practice. We have experience designing processes for strategic planning, multi-year funding initiatives, inclusive budgeting, hiring, and compensation, and community-centric fundraising, to name a few. We understand the importance of building alignment throughout the process and focusing on the practical steps that support the pivot from values to action.

We also provide thoughtful, engaging, effective facilitation for teams of 2 to 200+, in-person or online. We've designed and facilitated staff and board retreats, cross-departmental team meetings, retreats for newly-created teams, or gatherings to reinvigorate long-standing teams. We can facilitate one-off meetings or retreats but are especially effective when we are involved in the larger design process as well. 

With over 45 years of combined experience in nonprofits and organizations at all levels, we have curated a vast collection of tools and resources that we know work. After some discovery work with you, we can make recommendations of specific tools or resources that best match your needs and adapt them for you and your organization.
